CHANGED DATE DUE TO IMPENDING WEATHER

REVISED DATE - March 28, 2018

Due to impending weather conditions, the Rockland Chapter of NYSSPE has changed the date of the proposed PDH lecture about StormTrap Detention and Treatment Applications from Wednesday, March 21, 2017 to Wednesday, March 28, 2017 at 7:30 am at the office of McLaren Engineering Group, 100 Snake Hill Road, West Nyack, NY 10994. We apologize for any inconvenience.

StormTrap will present a discussion about underground stormwater detention/retention and stormwater treatment applications. StormTrap provides solutions to manage runoff, protect waterways, and improve the use of property. Their precast concrete modular systems are designed to reduce overall footprint, accommodate site retrains, and lower overall costs. Detention, retention, water quality, water harvesting, and water reuse are some of the applications they provide.

The lecture will be presented by Matt Valencia, the Territory Manager for StormTrap covering New York as well as Southern Connecticut.  Prior to working with StormTrap, he studied at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the Concrete Industry Management program. In addition, his time spent as a Technical Sales Support Representative has given him a great understanding of the importance of stormwater collection systems as well as treatment devices.

The cost of the event is $12/person for Rockland Chapter NYSSPE members and $25/person for non-members.  All payments should be made payable to Rockland Chapter NYSSPE and will be accepted at the door.

If you have any questions, please leave a voicemail at the chapter office at (845) 634-5307 or e-mail me at President@RocklandNSPE.com.

We look forward to seeing you at the event!
